Twickel castle

Twickel Castle, located just outside Delden in the municipality of Hof van Twente, is one of the Netherlands’ most impressive historic estates. The castle’s origins date back to 1347, and its moated structure, surrounded by woodlands and manicured gardens, offers a glimpse into centuries of Dutch aristocratic life. The estate itself is extensive, comprising 81 different parts, including the main castle, outbuildings, gardens, and parkland.
