Beach Pavilions

Zandvoort features a 9-kilometer sandy beach lined with numerous beach pavilions, offering visitors a variety of dining and relaxation options. These pavilions are situated along the coast, each providing its own distinct atmosphere and culinary specialties. The majority of these establishments operate seasonally, opening from the end of February to the middle of November. During this period, they feature excellent kitchens and lovely outdoor terraces where drinks and meals are served, allowing guests to enjoy the sea breeze while dining.

Five of these pavilions remain open year-round, providing consistent access to beachside hospitality regardless of the season. The beach clubs, such as Thalassa, Havana aan Zee, and Buddha Beach, contribute to the vibrant social scene, particularly on the textile beach, which hosts over 30 pavilions. Additionally, there are five pavilions located on the nudist beach, catering to different visitor preferences.

For travelers, these pavilions serve as convenient hubs for refreshment and rest during a day at the beach. They are easily accessible from the town center and the railway station. While there is no general admission fee to access the beach or the pavilions, visitors pay for food and beverages.
